Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

Find Digital Pros is committed to the satisfaction of both buyers and service providers within the ecosystem. We default to making customers happy and will err on the side of the buyer in any genuine dispute. This policy outlines how refunds are handled across all platform products and services.

Subscription Tiers and Directory Post Fees

All directory subscription tiers (Pioneer through Growth), backend subscription tiers (Apprentice through Architect), software subscriptions, and directory post fees are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us at jeremy@finddigitalpros.com with your order number and reason for the request, and we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. No questions asked.

Challenges

Challenge fees are refundable within 30 days of purchase if you have not yet completed the challenge or accessed the primary challenge materials. If you have completed the challenge or accessed the materials, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at Jeremy Lynn Johnson's discretion.

Service Transactions

All service transactions processed through Find Digital Pros follow a structured fulfillment and review process designed to protect both buyers and service providers.

After a service provider marks a job as delivered, the buyer has 72 hours to approve, request revision, or dispute the delivery. If the buyer approves delivery, the transaction is considered complete and payment of 80% of the transaction amount will be released to the service provider within 7 business days. Find Digital Pros retains a 20% success fee on all completed transactions. No refund will be issued after buyer approval except in cases of platform error or fraud.

If a buyer disputes a delivery, Jeremy Lynn Johnson will review the delivery, the original scope of work, and all communication history. Jeremy Lynn Johnson makes the final decision on all disputes — which may result in full payment release to the service provider, a partial refund to the buyer, or a full refund to the buyer. This decision is final.

Refund Ethos

Find Digital Pros defaults to making the customer whole in any dispute where expectations were unclear, quality was not met, or platform issues contributed. In close calls, Find Digital Pros will rule in favor of the buyer to protect long-term trust in the ecosystem. We would rather refund and preserve the relationship than create friction or negative experiences. Service providers are protected by the structured 72-hour review and approval process — once a buyer approves delivery, that approval stands.

Refund Limits

To protect service providers from bad-faith refund requests, Find Digital Pros reserves the right to decline service to any buyer who has received three or more refunds on the platform. Patterns of dispute activity are tracked and noted on buyer accounts.

Digital Products

Digital products delivered instantly through the platform are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Refund requests for digital products are handled on a case-by-case basis at Jeremy Lynn Johnson's discretion.

Job Posts, Featured Events, and Sponsored Blogs

Job Posts ($5,000), Featured Events ($599), and Sponsored Blogs ($599) are non-refundable once the listing has gone live or the content has been published. Refund requests prior to activation are handled on a case-by-case basis.
