We, Find Digital Pros, reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

Platform Overview

Find Digital Pros is a vetted professional directory, digital product marketplace, network, education platform, and recruiting ecosystem serving businesses and digital professionals across the United States and Canada. The platform operates on a Find. Verify. Hire. framework connecting buyers with verified digital professionals across professional service and digital product categories.

Find Digital Pros charges listing fees, subscription fees, and a 20% success fee on all transactions facilitated through platform infrastructure. All payments for services, digital products, courses, events, and any other transactions processed through Find Digital Pros must flow through our payment system.

Limitations of Use

By using this website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials and software contained on this website, remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from any materials and software on this website, transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server, knowingly or negligently use this website or any of its associated services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or any other service Find Digital Pros provides, use this website or its associated services to transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material, use this website or its associated services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, use this website in conjunction with sending unauthorized advertising or spam, harvest, collect, or gather user data without the user's consent, use this website or its associated services in such a way that may infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties, or circumvent, avoid, or bypass the 20% success fee applied to all transactions facilitated through Find Digital Pros infrastructure.

Membership Tiers and Fees

Find Digital Pros operates on two membership paths — a Directory path and a Backend path. Directory tiers include Pioneer (free), Verified ($399/month), Active ($599/month), and Growth ($799/month). Backend tiers include Apprentice ($199/month), Authority ($1,000/month), Partner ($1,200/month), and Architect ($2,000/month). Tiers may be stacked in accordance with the stacking rules described on the pricing page.

Post fees of $99/month apply per listing for services, courses, and digital products. Job Posts are $5,000 one-time and remain active until one person is hired. Featured Events and Sponsored Blogs are $599 one-time per placement. A 20% success fee applies to all paid transactions facilitated through Find Digital Pros infrastructure. All service providers and digital professionals using Find Digital Pros are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Find Digital Pros. Find Digital Pros is not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of services provided by listed professionals.

Challenge fees are $99 per participant per 5 Day Challenge.

48-Hour Response Window

Upon receiving an inquiry or sale through their listing, service providers have 48 hours to claim and confirm fulfillment. Failure to respond within this window results in the inquiry or sale being routed to the overflow system. The original listing owner loses that opportunity permanently. Find Digital Pros retains all funds from missed sales and routes fulfillment to qualified backend members.

72-Hour Customer Review Window

After a service provider marks a job as delivered, the customer has 72 hours to approve, request revision, or dispute the delivery. If no action is taken within 72 hours, the transaction may be reviewed and resolved at Find Digital Pros' discretion. Payment release to the service provider occurs within 24 hours of customer approval.

Refund Policy

Find Digital Pros defaults to making the customer whole in any dispute where expectations were unclear, quality was not met, or platform issues contributed. Jeremy Lynn Johnson makes final decisions on all disputes. Find Digital Pros reserves the right to decline service to any customer who has received three or more refunds.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website are owned by or licensed to Find Digital Pros and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use. This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms of Service.

User-Generated Content

You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to us for publication on our website. We will never claim ownership of your content, but we do require a license from you in order to use it. When you use our website or its associated services to post, upload, share, or otherwise transmit content, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of your content in a manner consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy. The license you grant us can be terminated at any time by deleting your content or account.
